Return Policy
Return Period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and find the best possible solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns due to sizing errors or changes of preference.
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer size or design exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order once your return has been approved for the defective item.
EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
